The onboarding process
We closely work with you throughout the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition of implementing SafeEx Cloud.
We will guide you through system configuration, implementing user groups and competency management, discipline workflows, client’s maintenance strategies, preparing and uploading documentation, hardware preparations and readiness, system training, and FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing).
Further support is available during the first period of the system going live into production.
