Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimise end-to-end lead generation campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling, targeted content that resonates with our target audience and converts leads into customers.
- Utilise data-driven insights to identify opportunities for campaign optimisation, making data-backed decisions to improve performance and ROI.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement of lead generation strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and lead generation and digital marketing best practices
- Manage and maintain marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other technologies essential for lead tracking and nurturing.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead-handoff and alignment on lead qualification criteria.
- Assist in developing marketing collateral, landing pages, and other assets to support lead-generation efforts.
Qualifications
- Have at least 3 years of marketing experience, focusing on lead generation and campaign management.
- Proficient understanding of various lead generation strategies, tools, and tactics.
- Sales and Marketing education or related field.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimise campaign performance.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
