Junior Sales Manager

As our new Junior Sales Manager, you will play an exciting role in our dynamic team. In collaboration with the Sales & Marketing department you will help identify new sales opportunities and help develop and execute sales plans to meet targets and expand market reach.
Do you want to use your sales background and develop your sales skills? At SafeEx you will get the opportunity to work closely with end clients, service partners, and agents, participating in global customer visits and cultivating strong customer relationships together with the international organisation.
Key responsibilities

Build new business prospects and relationships with clients together with the Sales team
- Identify customer needs to increase customer satisfaction
- Handling planning, new customer leads and sales pipeline in our CRM system
- Share learnings and sales feedback with the Sales & Marketing department
- Travel days 15-30 days per year
Qualifications
- Self-driven, adaptable, sales-oriented and eager to learn. We prioritise mindset and personality over formal education and value individuals!
- Understanding and patience for navigating long sales cycles
- Have experience in sales and communication within B2B
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical skills to identify potential customers and market requirement
- Passionate about working in an international leading SaaS company. Previous experience in the SaaS industry is a plus!
